Hi,

The attachments I've included will better depict what I'm trying to accomplish.  I'm using Robohelp HTML v7.  In the contents section I'm trying to build the Search tab with numeric representation after the keywords (which refers to the occurrence of a word) and with alphabetical labels at the top of the Search Tab.  The "Search Tab Advanced.jpg" attachment represents what I'm trying to do and the "Search Tab General.jpg" attachment represents what I currently have now.

Your desired output looks like the Pure HTML option - instead of individual searches, the user sees something like an index of all the search keywords.

It's easy to get - in the single source layout wizard that you use to generate WebHelp, select the "Pure HTML" option instead of an option with DHTML or Javascript. (I don't have RH7 - can't remember if it's on the second or third wizard window.)

Try generating this way and see if it will meet your needs.

This is an update to my original post.

QUESTIONS:  How can I modify my Search Tab to include numeric references after the keywords?

How can I modify my Search Tab to include an Alphabetical Labels at the top which

is used to display keyword under that listing?

This appears to be a little fuzzy.  Perhaps my original attachment may render a better picture.  However, this is what I'm trying

to get my Search Tab to look like

This is what my Search Tab looks like now.

Hi there

If you choose either the "Pure HTML" as navigation or if you choose the Section 508 output, your Search tab will look as you want.

You make these choices in the ensing dialogs you see when double-clicking the WebHelp layout.
