Error received when trying to Import

I have enclosed a copy of the message error I receive when trying to import a slide from another file. I am not sure what could be causing this error. I am hoping to get some ideas that could help me with this problem.

Hi there

Since Captivate seems to be gagging, you might overcome the issue by opening two instances of Captivate. Then copy the elements from one project and paste into the other.
