How to write as in movie explorer?

In the movie explorer I see one piece of action script code attached to one button but nowhere in the actions panel and in the associated external classes

My question

Can we write code in Movie explorer ? If yes how?

no.

but with your action panel open, double click (in explorer) on the object to which that code is attached and you should be taken to that code in the action panel where you can edit it.
