I posted in another thread that this update did not address the text and graphic display issues i have been having. any idea when these will actually be fixed?

Matt,
I was reading how you helped Mary,
I may have a similar problem...where the serial number for adobe acrobat 9 pro will not accept my imput, serial number 1118-1784-4370-1821-6391-7769
and when I do type it in, and select standard 9, the pop says adobe 9 pro does not recognize this version on my computer.
I love adobe and have it on my office computer, but cannot load it on my home computer using XP microsoft.
Any help would great...
