Preventing Automatic Slide Fadeout

I have used Captivate 1 and Captivate 3 to create lectures, and I am now trying the trial version of Captivate 4.  When I start to record and "talk over" my first slide, the slide fades away after a few seconds.  I did not have this problem with earlier versions.  Is there some setting I need to change?

Hi Rob

How long is the slide in question? If it's but a few seconds long, maybe that explains things. Can you please post a screen capture of your Timeline (use the Camera icon please and don't use the attach function)

Cheers... Rick

Make sure the slide and objects are set to No Transition (or at least Fade in only).
