Capturing audio from soundbooth

I intend to create a soundbooth tutorial. what need I do to capture audio from this program? I know that I wan´t: record from mic.

Hi there

Depending on your sound card, Captivate may offer you the choice of recording system sounds. If that isn't possible, you may need to download and install the Ask & Record toolbar.
