How to adjust Minibar pane height in RH8 output

We use a skin to generate our webhelp project from RH8. Since the conversion to RH8 the Minibar is much 'higher' than from RH7.

I tried to do some simple edits in the attached skin (I renamed it to *.txt), but this hasn't helped. Does anyone know how to adjust the height of the minibar in a skin?
