Nadia-P Aug 9, 2009 10:51 PM (in response to cblack412)I agree with you - not that much stuff out there online for Fireworks - not when you compare it to all the useful tutorials etc. on Photoshop - it's a shame really :-(
In addition to the links already posted by Pixlor (which are good - esp. the Smashing magazine link) Jim Babbage has recently released a book on FWs CS4: http://www.amazon.ca/Adobe-Fireworks-CS3-How-Tos-Techniques/dp/0321526309
I also have 2 small tutorials up at SitePoint: ( using CS3, but would be the same for CS4) that may be helpful :-)

JoeyD1978 Aug 10, 2009 8:18 AM (in response to cblack412)I publish a blog on Fireworks. I don't update it nearly as often as I'd like, but there's still some good info floating around in it:

Its taken me all this time to check out your blog since you posted the link,
but just wanted to say that its great, and should be more of this sort of
thing for fireworks.I was even toying with the notion of moving to Photoshop, simply because its
much better supported out there, with tutorials etc.
Either the FW stuff doesnt exist in any decent quantity, or, it is just well
hidden.Could I entice you to add more tutorials? Im about to do your coffee bean
one.
I appreciate the effort youve gone to.Cheers
Fiona
