Upgrade Robohelp 3 files to 8 - can't see content afterwards

All -

Complete newbie here.  I have inherited an RH 3 project which I need to upgrade to 8.  I have tried opening the file in 8.  I get the message indicating the RH3 project is an older version - and am asked if I would like to upgrade to the newer format.  I say yes, but when the upgrade is complete I do not see any of my content - no folders, glossary, toc.  Just a blank project.  What do I need to do to "see the project content"?

Thanks again for the help...

Appreciate the pointer - don't see an answer given the comments in the thread you point out.

Hi there

You didn't notice that you failed to take our advice? What I intended for you to take note of was this bit:

RoboHelp comes in two basic flavors. RoboHelp for Word and RoboHelp HTML. You didn't say which you are using. Without that information we have to come back and ask you before we can fathom an answer. This could save you (and us) some time in going back and forth determining basic information.

Cheers... Rick

Hi

When I first used RH8 this caught me out, bydefault sometimes nothing is shown.

To solve this..

In RoboHTML menu select View | Pods and select the Project Manager option or list of topics etc as reqd.

Hope that helps....
