Create a static widget

I am using the evaluation of Captivate 4.

Is there any reason I can not create a new static widget? The option on the File, New menu is greyed out for me.

My own guess on this would be that perhaps you don't have Adobe Flash installed? That is likely a requirement in order to create a Widget.

Your quite right Rick. I have a really old version of flash installed and it didn't link up with the Captivate 4 install.
