the person refered to is not spamming in at least one area. he is attempting to get people that have customers service complaints, that haven't got resolution to join in a Facebook discussion. If he manages to get something going, then perhaps his efforts will result in the fixing of the customer service mess. Because any comapny worth their salt, does not want bad press.
I'd suggest to leave him alone. Maybe he can manage to get something done we can't.

And ultimately for the company too!

Steve Sommers Sep 28, 2009 8:54 AM (in response to Buko.)Just an FYI to Adobe,
You may want to assign an employee the task of cleaning up the forum posts. It seems spammers have your number. Search for "credit or payment", sort by date and there are at least a half dozen spam messages listed on the first page.

I tried three times to use the "Report Abuse" function, but every time it said "an unexpected error has occurred".
This person has made profane personal attacks against me 35-40 times in the past 3-4 years. He attacks others with similar vulgarity whenever he deems the person's views to be left of his far-right political beliefs. I have reported him several times before for similarly vulgar personal attacks against me, and yet he continues to be allowed to post and insult people in a foul manner. I own nine Adobe programs. I am always friendly and civil in my discussions or debate in the lounge. I would appreciate hearing back as to whether this individual can or will be banned from the Adobe forums for his persistent vulgarity and personal attacks.

The most likely cause for problems when reporting abuse is message
length. Make sure your abuser reports are less than 255 characters.

from the PDF standard. The PDF standard was originally published by Adobe.
