Imported Word documents reformatted when printed

When the Word doc is initially imported to Robohelp, all boxes are unchecked on the pop-up alert (settings dialog box?). The spacing on the Word doc (when accessed through Robohelp) is correct. When the Word document is printed, the spacing that immediately follows a data entry box is all off. Is there any way to adjust this w/o retyping the entire Word doc with out using copy and paste, then re-importing the document?
