1. Re: How to prepare image for printable disk?
Bart Cross Sep 1, 2009 8:19 AM (in response to Bingo888)You just need to use a CD template in Photoshop and leave a white 22mm blank center.
It is better to create the artwork in PS, then import it into the printing software for the CD.

Mylenium Sep 1, 2009 11:44 AM (in response to Bingo888)I have Canon printer IP 4600. When I print on a disk with the program that came with the printer.
there is a room around the disk hole (about 20mm) which stay unprintable.
Yeah, as intended... Unfortunately there is no way to change that. If you want to print from PS, I suggest you enable the print preview option when printing from LabelPrint and guesstimate the values required for the left edge and top edge on an A4 sheet (!!!). On our printers here it's something like 11 mm from top and 6 mm from left. You can use this as reference and input it in the Photoshop print dialog as custom offsets. The exact values vary slightly from printer to printer, so you will require a few test prints with simple patterns.

Mylenium Sep 2, 2009 2:28 AM (in response to Bingo888)You just create a new document?! 120x120mm, add a layer that holds the inner and outer rings as reference...
