Output Ver.3 to YouTube?

Wondering if there's a way I can get my ver. 3 outputs to YouTube.

My company's video training often takes over a minute to load and we were thinking about trying to get out stuff on YouTube, but I'm not sure it will take the output formats the ver. 3 makes. At the moment, I'm not expecting an upgrade to ver. 4, so I'm stuck here.

Any ideas or experience with this?

Thanks

Thanks Rick.

Seems I had a trial version of SoThink on my drive... and now it's expired. So, I dropped them a line asking for an extension. Meanwhile, I'm looking for other possibilities. I tried Pazera and it doesn't like the SWF format the Captivate outputs... There are no real instructions either, so it's a bit dodgy.

thanks again
