Alternative metadata changes:

• Update comments for ApplicationControlBar and ControlBar replacements

• Add Border as an alternative for Canvas, Box, HBox, VBox, and Tile

• Remove Alternative metadata from LinkBar. We don't provide a Spark link skin, so ButtonBar is not a viable alternative.
