What is the best way to create standard headers and footers in webhelp? I want my company logo to appear to the right of the breadcrumbs at the top of the page and basic address and telephone number information at the bottom right.

Would snippets be an efficient way to implement this?

Welcome to our community, Ronny

First, define a Topic Template. Add the header and footer there. Then select all the topics in the Topics List and examine properties. From the properties dialog, associate the Template.

Post back if any of that requires further clarification.
