Hi
I'm using Robohelp X5, XP and Word 2003.
When I choose to generate printed documentation from the Single Soruce Layouts, I get the following error message:
'A supported version of Mircosoft Word does not exist. Please install Microsoft Word 2000 or XP.'
Question: Does X5 support Word 2003 and if so how do I get them to work together? Or do I have to install an older version of Word?
Cheers.

It does provided you have all of the updates installed. The first released version of RHX5 was released before Office 2003.

Thanks Colum
I'm having difficulty with the RoboHelp XP SP2 update - it simply won't install giving an error message:
Setup could not find a file on the specified path or disk.
Please check that the proper disk is inserted or specify a new path.
Unable to locate file: C:\(it goes to my document and settings folder)
I've check the folder and the RoboHelp Office X5.0.2 Update .msi file if wants is there. Not sure what I should do.

What happens if you turn on auto updates in the RH options (automatically check for updates). If this is checked, it should download and install the update the next time you open RH.

It's switched on and when I select Check for Updates I get the following error:
Unable to get the update catalog. Unable to connect to Macromedia server.
I do have an Internet connection - not sure if it's a firewall problem.

Doh! Sorry of course you'll get that problem with auto update seeing that RHX5 was released by Macromedia prior to them being bought by Adobe. It is possible your firewall could be blocking something. Before you turn that off, try downloading the update again just in case it got corrupted.

Still no luck - maybe I'm doomed never to have printed documentation!
