I purchased Acrobat 9 Pro which included LiveCycle Designer ES 8.2. I used LiveCycle to create a form and saved it as a PDF. In the form properties I set the PDF security to not require a password to open the document nor to restrict printing or editing of the document and its security settings. But when I open the PDF in Acrobat 9 Pro the document properties indicate that there are restrictions: Changing the Document is not allowed; Document Assembly is not allowed; Creation of Template Pages is not allowed.
How do I save the PDF in LiveCycle so Acrobat can use it with no restrictions? In the past I have use InDesign to create my forms and never had such trouble with restrictions. (Note: I open the PDF in Acrobat 9 Pro with an Anoto plug-in to enable the PDF for digital capture via Anoto Digital Pen and Paper.)
Thanks!

Thank in advance
