I wonder if you can create categories for glossary terms?

Category 1
     term x
     term y
     term z
Category 2
     term x
     term y
     term z
Thanks.

Hi there

Using the RoboHelp built in Glossary function will not allow you to indent or categorize that way.

One possibility is to create a topic with the terms as you wish to see them. Then use that topic as your Glossary. You could link to it from the TOC or create a special Glossary button to open and present the topic.

Cheers... Rick

Hi again

The Glossary in RoboHelp is quite literally WYSIWYG. There are no formatting options. To change the way it presents things would be to re-write some of RoboHelp and would likely be more painful than it is worth.

Your best bet in this situation is to go the "Topic Glossary" as I described and forego the RoboHelp Glossary functionality.

Cheers... Rick
