invalid DRM on cool-er

i was given a cool-er as a gift ,i followed all the reg reqirements and downloaded ADE all was  fine ,i down payed for 4 books in coolbooks downloaded them to ADE ,read fine on that ,so i drag them to my cool-er reader ejected and opened the device ....their they were thumbs of the covers ,when i went to open then INVALID DRM popped up ...so cant read them on the device any help????   mac user

Have you authorized your copy of Digital Editions with an AdobeID? (check Library->Authorize Computer...)
Have you authorized your Cool-er Reader with Digital Editions?

If the answer to both of those quesitons is yes, then this is most likely a fault of the reader you have, and I would suggest contacting the Cool-er support (especially since you purchased the books from them) at support@coolreaders.com
