I just purchased the Adobe Captivate 4 program and chose the download option. I downloaded the program and when I went to unpack the software I got the JScript error (Please note this system already has the full Adobe Design Premium CS4 installed and functioning). I was able to repair the issue but I'm now unable to launch the Setup. I double click to run but it just does nothing. It shows up in my Task Manager as a running process but doesn't do anything. Please help!

You may wish to try downloading again. Sometimes a download may become corrupt during the process.
If you try again and it still fails, you likely need to contact Adobe Support to assist you with it.
