There is not. The FDK is available with C libraries only. If you want to use C++ or C#, you'll need to do some kind of workaround. I believe that one approach is to build separate applications, one with the FDK and C, then another with the alternative language, and allow them to communicate. I've never done it, though, so I'm not exactly sure of the process.
