CFC Outline view..annoyances

Hi,

I would really like a clean view of the component...The outline by default when you open a CFC shows all sub stuff in expanded form.

Can we get just a view of methods no all the <!--- ---> comment markers and other stuff?

I'm using this view to get an overview of the object not a full tree of detail.. Too much info diminishes the value of this view..

Hi:

Just switch off the tags you don't want.

Window > Preferences > ColdFusion > Editor Profiles > Editor > Outline.

Really?  That's odd:it works as expected for me.  What sort of install have you got (plug-in / stand-alone), what JRE and what OS?

Can you produce a chopped down piece of code that demonstrates this?

It's probably worth raising a bug, I guess: http://cfbugs.adobe.com/bugreport/flexbugui/cfbugtracker/main.html

Yeah just installed build 2. its standalone version...

Figured it out..

I had a <br /> line break in my cfcatch output.

I removed this  then it worked..

Is this a bug or a feature?

I'm getting that too.  Bug.  It actually seems to be any HTML (I've tried <br />, <hr />, <strong/>.
