Cannt hear audio in playback - CP4

I have recently upgraded to CP4. I have added audio to slides, which I can hear OK when I review the slide (F3), but when I run the project - there is no audio.

Must be a simple setting somewhere, but I cannt find anything to help..

Hi,

If i get you correctly, once you insert audio inside Captivate, you are able to play it using F3. But it does not play when you preview / publish and run your movie.

- Can you double click on the slide carrying audio and go to audio tab

- Check if you can play the audio file in this dialog.

Can you also tell us your system configuration?

Thanks for fast reply.

Correct - I can hear audio OK when I preview using F3 option, but not then

I preview "full slide".

I can hear the audio when I run it in the "audio tab".

The problem has fixed itself! I re-booted the PC and now all is OK.
