Problem while creating an email endpoint

I have created one process and i have initiated the procees by filling the form and sending it through email.I am receiving the email notification but the problem is that the form is not getting loaded in the workspace.I have created an email end point for the same process but still the form is not getting displayed in the to 'do list' of a particular user in the workspace.Can anyone suggest one solution to solve this issue.

Can you use Record and Playback to see if it makes it to the user step?

Can you double check the email mailbox of the email endpoint to make sure it processes the emails?
