HELP!

I downloaded the trial version of Presenter 7 to work with PowerPoint 2007.

I was using version 6.2 and saving my pptx files as ppt files and it was working just fine --> until the download.

When I downloaded version 7, it wiped out version 6.2 and now version 7 crashes when I click on any of the buttons in the Presenter Ribbon.

I can't use it at all! I have an elearning lesson that needs to be deployed like yesterday! Please, can someone help me figure out how to go back to version 6.2. It wasn't perfect, but at least it WORKED.

I figured out how to reinstall Presenter 6.2.

Now, at least I am back where I started from.

But now, I can't get my triggers to work when I view the slide show in the

presenter window.

It works just fine in the PPT viewer but not when I convert it to presenter.

Can you help me?
