Can you have Captivate 3 & 4 installed simultaneously?

Have been working with 3.0 for a long time and considering isntalling Captivate 4.0 Can you have both versions installed at the same time? Does 4.0 install require 3.0 to be removed? Just wondering so I can have a backout option.
