How can I change the text that displays in the IE Title Bar

Hi--The title bar (bar at the top of the IE window) displays the title of my help system. I need to update the title, and I can't figure out where to do this.

I checked my templates, skins, etc. and made sure they are all updated. Where does the text in the title bar come from?

Just found it! File, Project settings....Project Title.
