Text-only popup

Using RoboHelp x5. I've been trying to use Text-only popups, but I notice that there is a limitation on the number of characters allowed for a popup window. Is there someway to increase this limit? I've tried resizing the margins etc, but nothing seems to work.

Hi Charlie. Unfortunately text only popups are designed for small amounts of info and only accept up to 255 characters. There is nothing you can do about this. If you have more text is there a reason preventing you from using a topic linked to display as a popup? You could even apply a style sheet with the same colour background.

Thank you, Colum. I will take your advice. I just didn't find any such limit in the on-line help.
