hello

when I try to activate My ADE gives me this message:

E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS http://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/Activate 429:6429:6429 urn:uuid:68e91e5e-730d-41ec-a667-878ba113d612

I have recently made several OS's reinstalls and change my hard drive;

I open a Web Case with the

Case #0181258614

but no one seems to answer me or resolve my problem any more;

it was my fault because I delay to much writing, "I think the system logme off, when I "send" the message", no thing (text) was sent, but I didn't realise at the time, so, in other words the Adobe Support Team didn't receive my messages instantly how it should,

and/or maybe I'm just lost

I need some body to helpme because I have some eBooks with DRM and I cannot read them with out login me on (activating) with my user ID

the software ADE is installed correctly.

I have a core2duo 1.8 ghz

new 500gb hard drive

Windows 7 RC

Firefox 3.5

this error is the same in other systems (OS)

please I need help

I've given you back four activations (two to cover the obvious reinstalls that I saw, and two as an apology for our poor tech support).
