cyberbaffled Nov 14, 2009 6:31 PM (in response to cyberbaffled)Where I said "image won't display" in <insert><common><image> menus in initial post I meant "image won't preview".

garywpaul Nov 14, 2009 6:32 PM (in response to cyberbaffled)When you defined your site you should have named a folder that would house all of your images, is it in there? Also, it is not reccomended to name folders with caps, it is easier to create a path problem.

There is one image folder for the site, and it's in the oebps folder where it should be.

garywpaul Nov 21, 2009 4:35 AM (in response to cyberbaffled)It does not really matter where it is as far as DW is concerned, just as long as you point to it in your site definitions. Typically an images folder sits in the root folder. It is a good idea not to have any caps used for folder names, although not madatory.

Nancy O. Nov 21, 2009 2:18 PM (in response to cyberbaffled)In Photoshop Save for Web as optimized jpg - this converts to rgb color mode.
Save optimized images to your DW Local Site Folder. If you have not defined a local site in DW, it cannot manage your site pages and assets for you.

Thanks for the idea. Tomorrow I will investigate that link and let you know
if it's a solution.
