Help with hidden subforms!

I am trying to grasp the idea of the hidden subforms so I can incorporate it into a new form I am trying to put together. For some reason I can't get my hidden subform to appear when a check box is checked. I also tried to do this using a drop down box as well and that didn't work. I was wondering if someone could take a look at it and tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I'm having the same problem...my script looks fine but at runtime it's not populating. Help!

Your issue is that you did not save the form as a dynamic PDF. Do a SaveAs and choose a dynamic PDF.
