Digital Signature breaking when i have a check box on the form

Hi,

I have  aform with digital signature field in it.The signature works fine until I click on a check box or radio button.Once i do so ,if after that I sign the form the signature becomes invalid.

I mean when I fill the form and sign sinature is Valid,but afyer clicking the check box if i sign the form then signature breaks.

Any pointers  to resolve this will be helpful.

Are there any initialization scripts on the form?

Could you please upload the form if possible.

I have a similar issue with a form I created in LiveCycle ES where my RadioButtons and CheckBoxes lock but are still able to be edited after a digital signature tied to a collection is applied.  I do not have any initialization scripts that I am aware of.
