Fix for https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/SDK-24118. Holding down space bar while navigating a ButtonBar would cause issues with selection. I've blocked input while the user is holding down spacebar. I've also tried to gracefully handle the case where a user holds down spacebar and begins to click on the ButtonBar with the mouse by dispatching the key up event to the original button that was pressed by the space bar.
