Expanding/Collapsing The TOC after Publishing

Using RH8, WebHelp:

After publishing the project, the TOC displays in expanded form on my index page.  None of the books have the (+) or (-) next to them to facilitate expanding or collapsing of the TOC.

Hi there

The screen seems to indicate you generated using the Section 508 option.

Try generating again. But this time through, don't choose Section 508.
