Fix for https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/SDK-24756. TabBar can get into an infinite loop when trying to layout buttons with different preferred widths. This is due to not resetting childWidthRounded within the loop causing buttons in certain situations to get the wrong width causing it to call invalidateDisplayList again.
