When creating a new project (Software Simulation>Custom
Size) in Recording Demonstration is set by default. But all other
options including demonstration is grayed out. I would like to
record a demonstration, Assessment, and Training all at the same
time.
Has this happened to anyone else? Any help you can give is
greatly appreciated.

Hi Keith,
Check the recording dialog to be sure you do NOT have "Full
Motion Recording" checked. If you do, place a check in the box for
"Recording Mode(s)" instead, and the gray-outs should now be
accessible. Have a nice day!
