Recording audio

Hi,

I cant seem to capture audio. I'm creating a movie of a window that has audio playing as part of it (an elearning course with audio narration). When I capture it, the movie captures my actions and the animations and eveyrthing, but not the audio. As fas as I can tell, ive switched on the appropiate settings for capturing the audio.

What am I missing here?

Hi,

If you are capturing a window which has audio playing, you need to have a specific recording capability "system audio" provided by your system soundcard. If the soundcard provides this feature, then while capturing the window, select "system audio" as the recording device and then start capturing. Now you will be able to record the audio which is playing in your system.
