HELP! "Reader is authorized to another user"

Got this message after I had bought a book via Waterstones site and tried to drag and drop the book into my Sony PRS-300 Reader within the Reader Library - warning - This ebook cannot be transferred because the Reader is authorized to another user" - any clues anyone? Thanks

Ctrl-Shift-E will bring up the device deactivation dialog

ADE doesn't support Sony Readers directly on the Mac.  You'll need to work with Sony Tech Support to figure out how to do this using the Sony Library.
