7/01/10 6:05:04 PM Installer[69073] Installation check failure. Adobe Digital Editions can’t be installed on this computer.. This Installation will only work with Intel based Macintoshes.
As you can see my machine is Intel.
Kernel:
Darwin natal.local 10.2.0 Darwin Kernel Version 10.2.0: Tue Nov 3 10:35:19 PST 2009; root:xnu-1486.2.11~1/RELEASE_X86_64 x86_64
I am also running on a case-sensitive partition. Is this the culprit?
Any idea what is happenning?

There is a known bug were the installer does not correctly recognize your machine as an intel based machine when you are running in 64 bit mode. To install you will need to reboot in 32 bit mode (and then you can reboot into 64 bit mode after installation).

Hey thanks for that tip!
I was able to install it in 32-bit mode and then use it in 64-bit mode.
