In Acrobat 7.0 I have a pdf file of a British Technical/Scientific paper. When I print it the lowest part of the pages--it seems like a quarter of an inch including the last line of text and the page number--is cut off. In the Print window I can see what seems to be the problem: The Paper Size is 8.5 x 11 but the Document Size is 8.3 x 11.7. That difference in length would seem to explain how my problem arises. But how can I fix it? Is there a way to reduce the Document size to fit the paper size? So far I have not been able to find a solution. My Canon printer provides for manual scaling but this scales the document down--but still cuts off the last line and the page number. I am using WinXP SP3. The file is attached. Any advice would be appreciated!
ile>Print>Copies and Pages>Page Scaling choose Fit to printable area.
Thanks! It works perfectly! I even saved my original "oversize" document by printing it to PDF with the scaling so the problem is permanently cured, at least for this document.
