My client has me updating a course for them. They delivered me 2 CP3 files and I have CP4. When trying to open them, I am guided to save it as a different file name. Once I do this, file number one opened and is fone...but file number 2 gives me this error message:: "Exception EConvertError in module converter.dll at 0000BBF#."
Can someone help me with this?

Hi there
Someone else reported success by opening the suspect file using Captivate 3 and turning off the Reporting via Quiz > Quiz Preferences. Close and save the file and try the upgrade again.

In that case you need to locate someone with Captivate 3 and have them try it for you.
