Error when creating a RoboHelp 7 topic: "Cannot copy from..."

Please help! A co-worker receives the attached error when she tries to create a topic in an existing RH 7 project. Any ideas on how to solve this?

As a new poster you would not know but images inserted with the camera icon are best as they can be seen in the post. PDFs are the worst as they have to be downloaded. Please take a look at Before You Post.

Not sure what is causing the problem.

Any problems creating topics in other projects?

Does the first file referenced exist?

Hi, Peter. I'm the one that was getting the error -- my coworker was kind enough to post this yesterday because I was so desperate. I'm sorry about the quality of the image.

To answer your question, I just checked and it looks like that file does not exist. Is there a way to create .htt files from within RH?

HTT files are templates. It looks like your project had a template in it that has got lost. It should be in a backup or, if no longer needed, don't select that template when creating the topics.

You are correct! I copied an .htt file into the directory and it seemed to work. Thanks for your help-
