How to link to a specific topic from outside of RoboHelp

This may be a dumb question, but I've done a lot of searching and can't figure out how to do this.  I use Robohelp to generate html help files.  Is there a way I can link to a specific topic from a page outside of robohelp?  I have looked at the links in the table of contents.  If I use the url from one of those links, I get the page I want to link to, but it just comes up as it's own page (without the robohelp frame and contents around it).  Hope this is clear.  Thanks in advance.
