trying to download ebook, need help

Hi, I ordered an ebook from ebook.primisonline.com and it tld me that I was require to get adobe digital. I did and have een waiting for hours for this download... If I clo

se the browser and then reopen, it asks me if I want to "Continue completing the task" I click yes and then it downloads ANOTHER of the same book. I don't seem to have even one completed download yet. Is there a problem?
