Converting Classic help files to Webhelp

When we converted from Classic to robobhelp 7 Webhelp, the syle sheets did not convert properly. i.e. tabs converted as multiple spaces, apostrophes converted as boxes. Anyway to convert these cleaner so we don't have to edit the HTML text? New style sheets before compiling perhaps?

You'd need to do some cleanup in the Word files first.

There is no concept of "tabs" in HTML, therefore the multiple spaces.

"Smart quotes" are always mangled when converted by RH. You'd need to open the Word file, turn off "smart quotes," Find&Replace all single and double quotes so that they are all standard quotes, then import the file into RH.
