Gateway causes record and playback to crash

I've created a process that needs a NO-WAIT gateway. The gateway only has one branch that sets a schedulewait and when that wait time is up it sends an email reminder.

When I try to playback the process I get a OutofBoundsError (complete error attached). Everything was working fine until I added this gateway. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Why use a Gateway if you use only one branch?

I'm very new at this and this is the first process I've made with any kind of branch. What is a better way to do this?

Well, just don't use a Gateway object.
