I am using RH 7 and creating a .chm file as the prinary layout.
This may be a silly question, but after giving a .chm file to a co-worker whose user manual I put into RH, she is complaining that the formatting is off (bullets moved too far to the right, alignment of paragraphs off). Of course, everything looks fine on my monitor, but she is using a standard laptop, whereas I am using a 15 inch monitor. Since users could be viewing a Help file on all different sizes of monitors, is there a way to make sure the file displays correctly on any monitor? Is there something simple that I am missing?
Thanks!

Hi there
Would it be possible to get a screen capture from each of the displays in question?
About the only thing I can think of to suggest is that perhaps a different DPI setting is in use for the display on her set (or on yours). We sometimes encounter this in Adobe Captivate. I've never heard of it happening in RoboHelp output.
Cheers... Rick
