    Forms that Slide on complete?

I am wanting to develop a form, Ideally it will have 3 sections to be filled out. Section one has Personal details to be filled at the bottom of the fields there is a next button that would Ideally "slide" the form out and reveal a second form to be filled concerning products or something after clicking a second "next" button it would go to a third and final form for CC# and the such after this is filled out it submits the data.
Does anyone know how to accomplish this, Ajax maybe? looking for an answer to this
      Big thanks to any insight
PM me if more info is needed.

JQuery would be one way to do that. You can see it in action here -

          http://comparemyagent.com/fa/fa_mortg-buy.cfm

When step 1 s completed step 2 is enabled, and both steps are part of the
          final submission.

I'm sure you could do something largely similar with Spry accordion panels,
          or with PVII's TabPanelMagic.
