look at.
Scott Boggan's "Microsoft HTML Help Design Techniques".
Provides examples (some of which are now deprecated), of how to use
features like data binding, Persistence, Internet Explorer
behaviors, and HTML+TIME in HTML Help.

In addition to Rick's suggestion you could also do worse than
look at the help in the applications you use every day (e.g. email,
image capture, timesheet, even RoboHelp).

to create non-scrolling regions, feature-rich popup windows, and
show/hide paragraphs, and how to copy-protect the help content (to
some degreee, anyway).
